How long does it take to be up and running with cloud applications?    Answer:  Depending on the number of applications hosted, it generally takes less than 24 hours to complete the setup and allow access to your applications in the cloud.

If I request ongoing accounting support, will I always work with the same accountant to avoid reacquainting a new person with my business?  Answer:   Absolutely, you will have your own private accountant to work with as needed.   

I may need technical support during non-business hours, is there a way to contact a support technician after hours.  Answer:  Yes, as a support client of e-Controller, you will have a 24-7 support line you can use to get critical, immediate support when needed.
